Safety Tools in Your Control
ll999 gives you the ability to manage your own gaming experience. By using these tools, you can ensure that gaming remains a healthy and enjoyable part of your life.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a waiting period must pass, so that decisions are not made impulsively. At ll999, the minimum deposit across all methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, choose the time-out option. You can temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in or make any transactions.
Self-Exclusion
If gaming has become a serious problem, you can apply for long-term self-exclusion yourself. In this case, your account will be completely deactivated for a set period. It will not be possible to reactivate the account before the self-exclusion period ends. Our support team will assist you through this process.
Review Gaming History
By logging into your account, you can view your complete gaming history, deposit and withdrawal records at any time. Reviewing this regularly will help you stay aware of your own gaming patterns and give you the opportunity to take action when needed.
Reality Reminders
If you have been gaming for an extended period without a break, ll999 will occasionally remind you how long you have been playing. These reminders encourage you to take a break and bring your attention back to the real world.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
Gaming problems do not appear suddenly — they develop gradually. If you notice the following signs in yourself or someone you know, it is time to be cautious.
A tendency to bet more to try to recover money that was lost
Repeatedly trying to stop gaming but failing
Neglecting responsibilities to family, friends, or work because of gaming
Borrowing money or selling assets to cover gaming expenses
Lying to family or friends about gaming
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when unable to play
Using gaming as a way to escape stress or anxiety
Gaming with savings, money set aside for future plans, or essential household budget
If you notice any of the above signs in yourself, take action immediately.

Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment — but it should be one part of your life, not your whole life. Keeping these simple rules in mind while playing on ll999 will ensure your experience stays enjoyable.
Set a budget, then play. Before you start playing, set a clear limit for yourself — not just a financial limit, but a time limit too. Decide in advance how long you will play and how much you will spend. When you reach that limit, stop.
Do not try to recover lost money. Winning and losing are a normal part of gaming. But the mindset of playing "just a little more" after a loss to make up for it is where problems begin. The wisest thing to do is to stop playing once you have lost a set amount.
Gaming is not a source of income. Playing on ll999 is for entertainment, not for a livelihood. Those who believe regular income from gaming is possible often fall into serious financial and mental difficulties. See gaming as entertainment, not as an investment.
Take breaks regularly. Sitting in front of a screen for a long time is harmful both physically and mentally. Take at least a 10–15 minute break every hour. Get up and walk, drink some water, spend time with your family.
Be open with family and friends. Secrecy about gaming is a major warning sign. Be honest with your family about how much time and money you are spending. If a family member expresses concern, take it seriously.
Make time for other hobbies and activities. There are many sources of enjoyment in life beyond gaming. Sports, time with family, hanging out with friends, learning something new — these all help maintain your mental well-being and reduce over-reliance on gaming.
ll999 always wants you to stay well, aware, and happy. May playing on our platform be a small, joyful part of your life — that is our goal.
